Scope

MCRTPay provides payment-integration software for $MCRT transfers on BNB Chain. It does not take custody of a user’s assets, act as an intermediary between buyer and merchant, provide escrow, or sell merchant goods or services. A merchant controls its receiving wallet, invoices, product terms, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, and compliance obligations.

Your responsibilities

You must use a compatible wallet and network, verify the recipient and amount before approving a transaction, protect your credentials and recovery material, and comply with laws that apply to you. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to disrupt it, bypass rate limits or security controls, submit false payment data, or use it to misrepresent a transfer or fulfillment status.

Blockchain and merchant transactions

Digital-asset transactions may be irreversible. You are responsible for network selection, recipient validation, token selection, gas fees, price movement, wallet security, and the transaction you authorize. A transfer verification response is not a receipt for goods or services and does not establish that a merchant has fulfilled an order. Questions about an order, delivery, cancellation, or refund belong with the merchant that issued the invoice.

Availability and third parties

MCRTPay depends on networks, wallets, RPC services, price sources, hosting, and other third parties outside its control. These services may be interrupted, delayed, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable. MCRTPay may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or operation.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or security. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MCRTPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, blockchain activity, third-party systems, merchant conduct, or a transaction you authorize.

Changes and concerns

These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version here. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. For non-sensitive software bugs, use the official MagicCraft contact page. Do not include secrets or private information in a public report.
